Gary Allen Lintner, 75, from Waldport, Oregon passed away on January 9, 2020.  He was born on May 13, 1944 in Billings, Montana to Forrest and Alice Lintner.

Gary served in the United States Armed Forces during the Vietnam era.  Following in his father's footsteps, Gary became a commercial airline pilot.  He loved to travel with old friends, making new friends where ever he went. He was an avid collector of WW II memorabilia, especially aircraft models in 1/72 scale.  Friends say Gary was a Rock Hound, a very easy hobby to pick up on the Oregon Coast. He also had a real soft spot for all his canine pals.  Gary had a quick wit, infectious laugh, and was fiercely loyal to those he loved.

Gary is preceded in death by his father Forrest Lintner, mother Alice Booth, stepmother Nancy Lintner, sister Susan Lintner, and brother Dean Lintner.

He is survived by his sister Jennifer Daley, brother-in-law Stephen Daley, brother Steven Lintner, brother-in-law Casino Bruno, sister-in-law Kathy Lintner, and numerous nieces and nephews.
